Service access
OPTime is available by subscription. Access is restricted to users authorized by the tenant administrator. Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
User obligations
Users agree to provide accurate information, not to share their credentials and to use the platform in compliance with applicable law and security best practices.
Intellectual property
The platform, its source code, its design and its documentation are the exclusive property of Enywork SARL. Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.
Liability and termination
Enywork SARL strives to ensure service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted accessibility. Either party may terminate the subscription under the terms defined in the contract. In case of serious breach, access may be suspended.
