Data collected
We collect the information necessary for the service to operate: login credentials, user profiles, attendance records, leave requests, payroll data and contact information. Raw biometric data remains on certified ZKTeco terminals.
Use of data
Data is used to provide, improve and secure the platform, calculate payroll, generate attendance reports and notify users of important events.
Retention and sharing
Data is retained as long as necessary for the contractual relationship and legal obligations. It is not sold to third parties. Only hosting and notification subcontractors have access, strictly within the scope of their services.
